How fast does it go live?

Right after your payment goes through. Your office is pinned to the top of its city page within about two minutes.

How do I change or cancel?

After checkout you get a private link to your dashboard. Bookmark it. From there you can change your phone, website and message, update your card, see receipts or cancel. Stripe also emails your receipt.

Why is my phone number or address wrong?

Free listings come straight from the Department of Labor's OWCP provider data, and the site refreshes from it automatically every month. Update your record with OWCP and the change flows here. Featured offices can set their own phone number instantly.

We no longer take OWCP patients. How do we come off?

The list only shows offices that billed OWCP in the last 12 months, so offices that stop billing drop off automatically on a monthly refresh.

What if other offices in my city are featured too?

All featured offices sit above every free listing, and their order shuffles on every visit, so each one gets its fair turn at the very top.

Do you guarantee patients?

No. Featuring puts your office first in front of federal workers looking for OWCP care in your city. Who calls is up to them.
