About this list

Find OWCP Doctors exists for one reason: injured federal employees waste days calling offices that no longer take OWCP. This list starts from offices that do.

Where the data comes from

Every listing comes from the U.S. Department of Labor's public OWCP provider search, for the Division of Federal Employees' Compensation (the program that covers federal employees under FECA). We include providers the Labor Department shows as having billed within the last 12 months, and only patient-facing types: doctors, physical and occupational therapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, mental health providers, hospitals, surgery centers, clinics and similar. We leave out suppliers such as medical equipment, ambulance, lab and transport companies.

What the numbers mean

How fresh it is

This version was built from data pulled October 4, 2026. It covers 45,354 offices in 54 states and territories.

What a listing does not mean

The Labor Department notes that a listing is not an endorsement and does not require a provider to treat a particular patient. The same is true here. Always call first.
